Did you find your reason?

We are all here for a reason. On this planet. Did you find your reason?
Some people wake up to an alarm clock, some rise to a calling.

Some mornings, you may feel that there’s something deeper you could be a part of. You feel the pull towards bigger things but you can’t exactly pin it down—and that makes you nervous and frustrates you.
“What is my purpose in life?” You may wonder.

The best way to find your purpose in life is through self-mirror, the art of introspection. Digging deep into your being and pulling out to the light all the puzzles that are in you.

Never underestimate the power of curiosity. A craving to know and learn, curiosity ignites your mind, compelling it to wake up.

When you put your heart into what you do, and especially what you do for others , you can unleash your potential to accomplish inconceivable things. You become open to the possibility of your purpose.

Does Your Life Have Flow

According to Mihaly Czikszentmihalyi “when you think that your life has a meaning, when you are deeply focused on what you are doing, you do non exist anymore, only the task to accomplish exists”.

That is what he calls a state of flow. This state is close to what a musician feels when the music freely flows out of them. It is also close to an active meditation. In a state of flow, we forget ourselves and our surroundings. When we have a strong sense of purpose, we are more likely to experience a state of flow more often.Curious individuals ask questions, look for answers, wonder how things work and attempt new ways to deal with old issues.

It means analyzing a situation with open-minded perspectives bringing an imaginative and creative solution.

We trust that World Wellness Weekend will help you identify an association in your community, a charity or a social activity where you can serve, close to home on September 19-20, 2020 as a first step, opening a door for a big dig, and possibly a regular commitment.
