The Chef Coaching course is an inviting, effective, research-based, results-oriented and joyful way to help individuals overcome barriers to cooking healthy homemade meals more often. The course is developed at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital at Harvard Medical School. Your coach has a Certificate of Completion in Culinary Coaching. What is Lifestyle Medicine? Lifestyle Medicine is a branch of evidence-based medicine in which comprehensive lifestyle changes assist individuals and families to adopt and sustain behaviors that can improve health and quality of life. What is Culinary Medicine? A new evidence-based field in medicine that blends the art of food and cooking with the science of medicine. Chef Coaching: Emphasizes skills such as shopping, food storage, meal planning and preparation. Why this course?Additional Benefits: What will you, the participant, achieve and how does it work?
