According to this study, there are three types of sleepers :
Insomniacs, mainly women in their 30s and 4Os (59%), struggle to fall asleep, and wake up at night. They sleep and average of 7h21 per night, against 6h40 for someone with a chronic sleep debt. That is equivalent to lacking 90 minutes per night, which equals a complete cycle.
